# Accessing your account and app

Limbic Care is a free app provided by your therapy service. To access the app, you will need to log in using the email address or phone number registered with your clinic.

**How to log in:**

1. Open the Limbic app.
2. Enter your email address or phone number.
3. Enter the secure authentication code sent to you via email or text.

**Why do I have to sign in again?**  
We occasionally need to re-verify your identity to keep your account secure. You will typically be asked to log in from scratch after an app update or if you are logging in from a new device.

*Please note: The app does not currently support fingerprint or biometric login, though we are considering this for future improvements.*
