Accessing your account and app

Limbic Care is a free app provided by your therapy service. To access the app, you will need to log in using the email address or phone number registered with your clinic.

How to log in:

1. Open the Limbic app.
2. Enter your email address or phone number.
3. Enter the secure authentication code sent to you via email or text.

Why do I have to sign in again?
We occasionally need to re-verify your identity to keep your account secure. You will typically be asked to log in from scratch after an app update or if you are logging in from a new device.

Please note: The app does not currently support fingerprint or biometric login, though we are considering this for future improvements.
