# Appointments, referral information, and waitlist

While Limbic Care is provided to you by your therapy service, the Limbic app and tech support team operate separately from your clinic's administrative team.

**What we cannot see or change:**

- Where you sit on a waiting list
- Appointment times, cancellations, or rescheduling
- Assessment call details or referral statuses

**How to manage your appointments or referral:**

To check your status or reschedule an appointment, you will need to contact your **therapy** **service** **directly** using the phone number or email address provided in your initial referral confirmation.

**Using the app while you wait:**  
You are welcome to continue using the Limbic app while waiting for your appointment or assessment call. Features like **the chat** and assigned **Activities** remain available to support you anytime.

> **Important:** If you need human support while waiting to hear from your service, your GP is always a great option. You can also call the **Samaritans on 116 123** or text **SHOUT to 85258** for 24/7 free, confidential support.
