Problems with completing an activity

If an app feature or activity isn't working as expected:

1. Fully close and reopen the app to see if it resets the feature.
2. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please take a screen recording or screenshot of what is happening on your screen.
3. Send it to us in the support chat.
