# Problems with authentication code/logging in

If you are having trouble logging in, please follow these steps:

1. **Check your spam folder:** If you are waiting for an email code, it's worth checking your spam or junk folder in case it landed there.
2. **Try again:** Try resending the code or re-inputting your email address to try again.
3. **Switch to SMS:** We may have an email address on file for you but no phone number. Reach out to our support chat—if you are happy to share your phone number, we can add it to your profile so you can try receiving the code via text instead.

If you are seeing an error message when you try to input your code, please take a screenshot or screen recording and send it to our support chat. This will help us investigate and get you logged in!
