Understanding the Wellbeing check-in (clinic-dependant)
From time to time, the app will ask you to complete short check-ins about how you have been feeling over the last two weeks. These are built around two standard clinical screening tools:
- GAD-2 (Generalised Anxiety Disorder): Measures symptoms related to worry and anxiety.
- PHQ-2 (Patient Health Questionnaire): Measures symptoms related to low mood and interest in activities.
Why does the app ask for these?
- Track your progress: They help you see how your mood and anxiety levels change over time.
- Inform your care: The results help your therapy service understand your progress and tailor your treatment when you begin therapy sessions.
- Keep you motivated: Seeing visual trends can help you stay engaged with your wellbeing journey.
How to view your progress:
- Open the Limbic app.
- Tap on the Progress or Wellbeing section on your dashboard.
- Here, you can review your recent scores and track changes over time.
