# What to do if your app is frozen or crashing?

If the Limbic app is not loading, freezes, or closes unexpectedly, simple troubleshooting steps usually solve the problem.

**Troubleshooting steps:**

1. **Force close the app:** Close Limbic from your phone's recent apps screen and reopen it.
2. **Check your internet connection:** Make sure your mobile device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or cellular network.
3. **Check for app updates:** Visit the **App Store** (iPhone) or **Google Play Store** (Android) and search for "Limbic Care" to see if an update is available. Installing the latest version resolves most bugs.
4. **Restart your phone:** Turn your mobile device off and back on again to clear temporary system memory.
